Authorities identify ‘Jane Doe’ in child porn investigation after nationwide search

Federal investigators have identified a suspected child pornographer called “Jane Doe” following a nationwide search.

Corine Danielle Motley, 25, of Okaloosa Couty, Fla., was arrested on federal charges for child pornography production.

Tuesday, federal authorities issued a news release, seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect after all other investigative leads were exhausted.

“The quick identification of the victim and suspect in this case demonstrates the power of the press, social media and the general public in helping solve these cases,” said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton. “Literally hours after we asked the public for their assistance in identifying Jane Doe, a tip came in that led to her identification and arrest. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that, due to these efforts, a child is now safe and her tormentor now in custody.”

Motley is accused of producing at least one long-form child pornography video, featuring herself engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a child believed to be 4 to 6 years old.

Homeland Security Investigations (HIS) began their investigation after receiving a tip from the Danish National Police, who believed the video was produced in the U.S. Investigators believed the video was posted on the Internet on Nov. 27.

Suspected child sexual exploitation or missing children may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, an Operation Predator partner, via its toll-free 24-hour hotline, 1-800-THE-LOST.
