Winter weather’s return allows officials to open Paoli Peaks

Paoli Peaks ski resort is open for the winter season.

Thanks to last week’s storm, they were able to resume snowmaking.  Before, the resort had only been able to make a few inches of snow because of December’s above average temperatures.

Now that the temperatures are colder and because the area received some natural snowfall, Paoli Peaks finally covered several of the resorts trails and opened them in time for the Christmas holiday.
