A convicted murderer is facing even more charges.

Police said they found a stolen cell phone in the jail cell of Terry Rutledge. Prosecutors believe he actually stole the cellphone during a break in his own murder trial!

Last month, Rutledge was convicted of killing Tonia Ingram, strangling her before setting her body on fire. He faces up to 68 years in prison when sentenced next week.

He is now facing additional theft charges.
