NWS warns of widespread damaging winds and tornadoes

From the National Weather Service:

Severe thunderstorms will continue to sweep across the Middle and Lower Mississippi River Valleys during the overnight hours. Widespread damaging winds and tornadoes are possible from northern Louisiana to southern Illinois. The black hatched area in the graphic from Storm Prediction Center represents the greatest risk for damaging thunderstorms and tornadoes overnight. Be prepared to take action if a warning is issued for your area.
