2 minute Miso soup
4 cups tap water
8 tsp. miso paste
1 cup chopped button mushrooms
1 tsp. dried onions
2 Tbs minced cilantro
1 cup chopped blanched green beans – soften in microwave 2-3 minutes
1 package of extra firm tofu cut into small cubes
Place water in soup pan, add miso paste and use a whisk to dissolve all the paste into the water. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes.
