Federal investigators are trying to crack a child exploitation case that could be tied to Indiana.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation needs help identifying two men who may be able to provide details in an ongoing investigation.

Sexually explicit images of the child first came to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in February 2003. Federal investigators said those images are still being passed around in child pornography circles around the internet.

Clues relevant in the case include a yellow t-shirt that says “New Market Basketball.” Federal investigators think the men are linked to a New Market located somewhere in the U.S.

There is a New Market and New Market Elementary School in Montgomery County.

Other states with New Markets include Iowa, Maryland, Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee, Minnesota, Ohio and North Carolina.

Investigators do not know the men’s names. The FBI believes the men may know the victim and could help them identify the child involved. No charges have been filed in the case, the FBI said.

Another identifying feature seen in some of the images is a home with what appears to be yellow siding and an above-ground swimming pool.

The t-shirt with “New Market” and images of a building with a pool also provide key clues.
