GM to pump $29M into Bedford plant

General Motors is planning to pump millions of dollars into upgrades at an Indiana plant.

The company announced Thursday that it will spend $29 million at the casting plant in Bedford.

The money will go to support production of two new engines and other auto parts.

The plant employs more than 600 people.
