World’s Best Tater Tot Nachos
1 lb. ground chorizo – coked fat drained off
small bunch of green onions minced
1 can black olives diced
1 can of green chili’s – drained
3 Roma tomatoes diced
2 avacados – seeds removed chunk cut
fresh bunch of cilantro chopped
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tub of sour cream
small can of pickled jalapeños
1 large bag of frozen tater tots
2-3 Tbs. mesquite seasoning powder
Spread the tots on a baking sheet and cook until done as instructions on the tot package. After the tots are about 80% finished season with the mesquite powder and finish cooking. Layer the above listed ingredients over the tots and finish in the oven to melt the cheese.
Garnish with sour cream, jalapenos and avocado slices.
