Suspect sought after man murdered on west side

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating after a man was fatally shot on the city’s west side Sunday evening.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of W. 27th Street at approximately 7:25 p.m. When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Timothy Loynes suffering from a gunshot wound.  He was pronounced deceased on the scene.

    1. Tim was my baby brother.He was not a liberal.
    2. Did you know that on that very day he gave his life to Jesus Christ?
    3. Anybody who knows history knows that is was a the Republicans who were abolitionists and freed the slaves. Black people were mainly republican until the mid to late 60's, when Southern Democrat's left the party and became republican.
    My entire family is hurting. You have no Idea what we are going through.
