WASHINGTON (KTLA) — Federal agents were seeking the public’s help Tuesday in identifying an internet child porn producer and in doing so, rescue a young victim of sexual exploitation.

A criminal complaint and arrest warrant for “John Doe” was signed Friday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

On May 2, the unidentified man appeared online in child porn videos.

Authorities say he raped a girl who may be as young as 7-years-old.

Federal investigators want to find him, in hopes of rescuing the child from ongoing sexual assaults.
