Men accused of running prostitution ring out of senior housing development

Police have arrested a pair of elderly residents suspected of using cocaine and running a prostitution ring out of the Vincente K. Tibbs Senior Citizen Building in Englewood, New Jersey.

Officers were told of the illegal activity during a senior safety seminar they gave in March.  Residents of the facility reported seeing drunks, vagrants and drug addicts regularly wandering in and out.
