Hey does anyone know how long you have to collect the "fan of the day" winnings? I just found out from a friend i was a winner on DEC 10 2012 for a JL Johnson gift certificate! I have called & only get voice mails & i also sent an email, Curse the man who shut my phone off that dat when he decided to leave!! No sympathy for the family who claims their power turned off with "no warning"! They did receive warning…it was shown on the disconnect notice bill of theirs shown on the video this morning! And Duke will give payment arrangements provided you have not defaulted on a previous agreement in the past 12 months…….it states right on the bill to call if you will have trouble paying the bill by the due date……can't believe there were people actually calling in offering to help these people pay their bill!!! They should pull themselves up and be responsible like the rest of us have to be!!!
