Pacers fans rally ahead of Game Four vs. Heat

INDIANAPOLIS – Pacers fans rallied around the steps of Bankers Life Field House for a pregame picnic Tuesday afternoon.

From Beat the Heat Brats to Hibbert hot dogs, fans enjoyed music and face painting, the Pacemates and Pacers mascot Boomer. The team hosts the Miami Heat Tuesday night.

Fans are pumped about the resurgence of the Pacers and say the next couple games are crucial to the team’s success in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Head Coach Frank Vogel made a quick appearance at the picnic–hoping the excitement continues inside for the game.

“We’ve been dominant at home this post season and a lot of it has to do with the energy our guys get from the home crowd,” Vogel told the crowd.

Fans will continue to cheer on the Pacers in hopes of keeping their winning momentum going as the continue in the playoffs.
