Lebanon man dies after fire, domestic dispute

LEBANON, IND. — The man injured during a fire following a domestic dispute Monday died.

According to the Lebanon Fire Department, Shawn Lambert, 45 of Lebanon, died around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said Shaun was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, Dorothy, that ended when one of the two intentionally set the house on fire.

Dorothy suffered minor injuries, while medics transported Shawn to Wishard Hospital in critical condition.

Two Lebanon police officers were also treated at Witham Hospital for minor smoke inhalation.

Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.
