1. Mini Berry Treats. Pick up some pre-made mini phyllo cups at your local grocery store and fill with whipped cream or even vanilla yogurt. Garnish with either blueberries or raspberries. So easy your kiddos can even help create!
2. Patriotic Floats. This is a healthier version of a root beer float. Fill a mason jar or regular glass with 1/2 a cup of seltzer water or 7-up. Then add 1/2 a cup of Pomegranate juice and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with fresh blueberries and a fun straw!
3. Red, white and blue strawberries. Start with large whole strawberries. Dip half of the berry into melted white chocolate or vanilla frosting. Then dip half of white chocolate or frosting portion into blue sprinkles. Wallah…a delicious treat that your guests will gobble up!
