Two wounded in shootings on near north side late Wednesday

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– One person remains in critical condition Thursday morning after two were shot on the near north side late Wednesday.

Officers arrived in the 2100 block of Carrollton Avenue just before midnight to find one victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach. The second victim had a gunshot wound to the leg.

Both victims were taken to Wishard Hospital.  The victim who was shot multiple times was in critical condition. The second was in good condition. The victims’ names have not been released yet.
