IMPD officer arrested on drunk driving charge

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—An officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was arrested early Tuesday morning on a drunk driving charge.

Kevin Brown, 41, was arrested around 5:30 a.m. on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after authorities said he has a BAC level of .10.

Morgan County Chief Deputy Terry Keith told Fox59 News Brown was pulled over on Bridge Street, just east of State Road 76 in Mooresville.

Brown was released around 9:15 a.m. after posting bail.
