RECIPES: The Gobstopper Po’ Boy

(makes 4 sandwiches)


cajun/creole sauce or your choice spicy mayo spread cheese crock

1 lb roast pork

4 Scotch eggs, sliced into rings

2+ cup Cole slaw

2 ft (cut to 4 sections)French bread or 4 Mexican Pan (sandwich buns)


warm up pork in microwave or better yet a cast iron skillet.

Smear cheese on one side of bread, pile on 4oz of pork, rings of 1 scotch egg, at least 1/2 cup of Cole slaw, spoon on your choice of mayo spread (hard to go wrong with any Woeber’s product)and close that Po’boy up!
