An Orchard School employee is under arrest, accused of dealing marijuana.

Ram Wagle, 39, faces charges of possession of marijuana and dealing in marijuana.

Back in March, officers pulled Wagle over in the 3200 block of East North Street. When they approached, police said, they smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Officers said they found a large bundle of marijuana inside a backpack along with $1,400 cash.

According to the school’s website, Wagle works with fifth-graders, though it’s not clear if he is a teacher.

The school’s attorney confirmed Wagle worked at the school but would not say in what capacity.

It’s not clear when Wagle will appear in court next.
