An Indianapolis company says it will close down if it can’t find a buyer.

CMW International says all 100 workers will lose their jobs if a buyer isn’t found before Nov. 23.

The company makes electrical contacts at its plant near East Washington Street.

CMW says its assets have been taken over by a court-appointed receiver following “intense negotiations” with creditors.
