Autopsy finds no foul play in death of Indiana University student

BLOOMINGTON – An autopsy report shows no sign of trauma or foul play in the death of an Indiana University student.

Abigail Bott, 18, Clarendon Hills, Ill., was found dead around 2:30 p.m. Sunday at McNutt Quad. She was unresponsive and attempts to revive her failed.

An autopsy conducted Monday morning couldn’t pinpoint the cause of Bott’s death.

According to the Monroe County Coroner’s Office, toxicology results are still pending. The final cause of death will be determined in four to six weeks.
