Cranberry & Rosemary White Sangria
- 1/2 Granny Smith Apple, chopped into cubes
- 1/2 Braeburn Apple, chopped into cubes
- 1 C Fresh cranberries
- 1 bottle Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 C White Grape Juice
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Club Soda
In a large pitcher, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. This will allow the flavors to combine, the sugar to dissolve and the rosemary to cut through the sweetness of the sugar.
To make the sugared rosemary garnish, slightly wet the rosemary and roll in sugar.
Makes four servings.
