INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (December 29, 2013) — Indianapolis Metropolitan police are investigating a person shot multiple times in the 3000 block of north Webster Avenue.
Police say a 17-year-old male was shot in the head around 7:30 Sunday evening, near 30th and Arlington Avenue.
The victim was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in serious condition.
Police say witnesses have described the shooting suspect as a black male, wearing all black including a hoodie with a silver stripe and armed with a handgun.
