Join the mission to cure lung disease at the Fight for Air Climb

Indianapolis, IND. (Jan. 6, 2014)

Now is your chance to make a difference in the new year! Fox59 is supporting The American Lung Association in its mission to create cleaner air for Hoosiers and find a cure to diseases like lung cancer, asthma and COPD.

On Saturday, March 8th, hundreds will race up the 47 flights of stairs in Chase Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Indianapolis.

The Fight for Air Climb raises awareness and money to fight lung disease, and is a fun way to get in shape in the new year!

Climbers can create or join a team or climb solo.

On event day, local firefighters will even climb in full gear.

If you register before January 1oth, you’ll get the early bird discount. All climbers are asked to fundraise $100 by event day.

Between now and March 8th, the ALA offers training courses and resources to get you ready for the climb of your life.
