Cheesy Bacon and Green Chili Pull-Apart Bread
- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 8-10 oz of Cheddar blend cheese
- 1 lb of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1 small can of green chilies, drained
- 1/2 C of melted butter
- 1 envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the loaf on the top in stripes that are half way through in depth the length of the loaf. Turn around and do the same in the other direction. This should resemble a tic-tac-toe pattern. Stuff the openings with the cheese, bacon and green chilies.
Combine the butter and dressing, drizzle over the top of the bread.
Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from foil and bake another 5 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
