Storms have come to an end for the night in the city but storms do continue in the northern third of the state.  We’ll continue to keep an eye on these storms.  Unsettled weather will stick around Monday and Tuesday up until a cold front passes through the area.  Strong storms will be possible both days during the afternoon hours with a cold front bringing straight line winds through on Tuesday night.

While the weather will remain unsettled through Tuesday temperatures will stay warm.  Monday highs will likely hit the mid-80s in Indianapolis and some communities may top out in the upper 80s.  Tuesday will not be as warm but highs will still be in the 70s.

We are tracking a big cooldown behind the cold front that will impact us on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.  Temperatures will fall to the 30s in some areas for morning lows.  Frost will be possible in areas to the north of Indianapolis.  Plants should be protected as much as possible.
