INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 18, 2014) — Indianapolis Metropolitan police and the Indianapolis Fire Department were called to the scene of a three-car accident Sunday afternoon at 38th Street and Shadeland Avenue.
Witnesses said a Suzuki headed north on Shadeland ran a red light around 7:30 p.m.
The Suzuki was then struck by a Caravan that was traveling east on 38th Street.
The impact flipped the Suzuki, which rolled on top of an Impala before it came to rest on its side.
The driver of the Suzuki was taken to Eskenazi in good condition.
Both the driver of the Caravan and the driver of the Impala were taken to Community East hospital in good condition.
