INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 4, 2014) – Mayor Ballard will read to local school children today to officially kickoff The Indianapolis Public Library’s 2014 Summer Reading Program.

The event is taking place at Central Library in the learning Curve on 40 E. St. Clair Street at 9:45 a.m.
