Survey shows car shopping is more stressful than getting married

(June 4, 2014) –  Weddings can definitely be stressful, but according to a new survey Americans think the process of shopping for a car creates more anxiety than getting married.

33% of the people surveyed also said they’d rather take the uncomfortable middle seat on an air plane than endure the pressure of picking out a car.

But experts say it doesn’t have to be so bad.

They emphasize the importance of “doing your homework” on the vehicles you’re interested in.

It’s also a good idea to research the potential purchase online before going to the dealer.
