Indy burger battle helps local charity

The second annual Indy Burger Battle gets underway this Saturday, August 2nd. Ten local restaurants will compete for the chance to qualify for the World Food Championship Qualifying Event. All proceeds from the event will help support Building Tomorrow's efforts to expand access to quality education in East Africa. Based in Indianapolis, Building Tomorrow envisions a world where every child with a desire to learn has a safe, permanent and local place to do so. The competition will take place August 2nd at  the Rathskeller, the public is welcome to help pick the best burger.
