Lemon Pepper

Yield: A dozen wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper

Directions:

  1. Place melted butter in bowl and slowly add seasoning whisk mixture until well blended
  2. Add wings and toss in sauce

Note: Use recipe on hot fried chicken wings.

Garlic Parmesan

Yield: A dozen wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Place melted butter in bowl and slowly add garlic powder seasoning whisk mixture until well blended
  2. Add wings and toss in sauce
  3. Top wings with Parmesan cheese

Note: Use recipe on hot fried chicken wings.

Mild Buffalo Sauce

Yield: A dozen wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Place melted butter in bowl and vigorously whisk in hot sauce
  2. Add wings and toss in sauce
