Priest is robbed after car crash

INDIANAPOLIS, In, (August 16th, 2014)  —-Police are trying to find out who robbed an Indianapolis priest after he was in a car crash.

Police say Father Michael Hoyt flipped his vehicle at Morris and South Meridian Street Saturday morning.

That’s when someone came up and stole 200 dollars from him. The money was reportedly church donations.

Father Hoyt belongs to Saint Michael on West 30th Street.

His injuries were not life threatening.
