(Aug. 28, 2014) – A tricked-out cooler has become the King of Kickstarter.

The Coolest Cooler project keeps reeling in the dough. With two days left in its campaign on the crowdfunding website, the product has gotten more than $11 million in pledges from more than 52,000 backers.

Designers tout it as the cooler for the 21st Century. The Coolest Cooler includes a built-in blender perfect for crushing ice for smoothies or margaritas. A waterproof Bluetooth speaker lets you pump up the volume. The cooler also has a built-in USB charger to keep your portable gadgets juiced.

Other features include an LED lid light, a cooler divider/cutting board, “extra wide” rolling tires, an integrated bottle opener and storage space for plates and a knife.

It’s available in three colors: margarita (bright green), coolest orange and blue moon.

Pledges start at $5 (donors get their names written on the creator’s own Coolest) to $2,000 (the creator will fly out to donors’ hometown and throw a party/man the bar using the Coolest). A $185 pledge gets the Coolest delivered to your door.

The previous Kickstarter champion was the Pebble smartwatch, which brought in more than $10.2 million in May 2012.
