Ingredients for the patty

  • 4 oz. Ground Beef
  • 4 oz. Crab meat (pasteurized and drained)
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions for the patty

  • Mix altogether and patty into 1 oz or 2 4oz patties

Ingredients for the mayo

  • 1 tsp Wasabi Powder
  • 1 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 4 TBS Mayonnaise

Directions for the mayo

  • Mix the wasabi and soy into a paste and whisk well into the mayonnaise

Toppings:

Avocado Slices

Cucumber Slices

Pickled Ginger (shaved or grated)

 

Serve on a Hawaiian Bun
