CARMEL (Sept.3, 2014) – For just $25 million, the sprawling Carmel estate Mel and Bren Simon called home could be yours.

Asherwood offers a few amenities: seven bedrooms, two swimming pools, tennis courts and a private 18-hole golf course. Don’t miss the clubhouse, greenhouse, pool house and guest house as well.

The 51,000-square-foot home sits on 106 acres, according to our media partners at the Indianapolis Star.

Indoors, you’ll find a pool, a workout room and home theater along with six fireplaces, eight full bathrooms and 16 half-baths.

Mel Simon, co-owner of the Indiana Pacers and co-founder of Simon Property Group, died in 2009. The sale of the estate follows a legal dispute over his $1 billion fortune that lasted three years and was ultimately settled out of court.
