(Sept. 25, 2014) – It’s too bad the Indianapolis Colts don’t have an extra roster spot because comedian Jim Gaffigan would’ve been a perfect fit.
Maybe he could’ve started at quarterback. It’s a storyline that somehow got buried during training camp.
OK, not really.
Gaffigan—a nationally known comedian who grew up in Chesterton, Ind., and attended Purdue University—had a little fun with the Colts in a video posted on YouTube. It shows Gaffigan at training camp with the team.
He attempts to answer the tough questions, like whether it’s “Colby” or “Coby” Fleener, meets up with punter Pat McAfee for a jersey exchange and introduces himself to some guy named Andrew Luck.
Make sure to stick around for the ending.
Gaffigan said he was in Indianapolis for a show and was asked to do some videos with the team.
