Stellar stretch of weather rolls on, warmer days coming
BEST WEATHER OF 2014?
Are you enjoying the ‘2 seasons in 1 day’ weather? Early morning lows continue dipping well into the 40s away from the city and rebounding again over 30 degrees in the afternoon. Fall like mornings and now summer in the afternoon.
The dry air (humidity at 37%) warms fast and cools quickly – similar to a desert. So plan on a quick drop off after sunset.
Each afternoon we will get a little warmer and the air-mass modifies and warms since sliding in from Canada earlier in the week. Monday afternoon the high reached only 66° we will end the week with 80° warmth. You may even be tempted to switch on the a/c this weekend. The warmth is forecast well into next week and to open the month of October.
LATE SEASON 80° DAYS
From this date on we only average 5 more 80° days, we have the potential to reach 80° each of the next 7 and possible have the warmest open to an October in 12 years.
Forecast continues to be a dry one as well – water those plants, 7 day rainfall numbers are 0.00″ of the 2 long-range models.
