Political candidates gather in support of public education

Political candidates have only a few weeks to share their platform with voters.

A 'Rally for Public  Education' brought out several politicians to Monument Circle Saturday.

Statehouse candidate Patrick Lockhart and State Senate Candidate J-D Ford, along with others gathered to express their support for public schools.

Parents and kids came out with signs to show their support for the candidates and educators.

Some parents say it was great to have open dialogue with the candidates before the November 4th election.
