PLEASANT GROVE, Utah (Dec. 29, 2014) – A Utah woman became a viral sensation after learning she was pregnant with four babies.

Now, Ashley Gardner has given birth, reports KSTU.

Ashley and her husband, Tyson, had struggled with infertility for eight years. They decided that in-vitro fertilization was their only option and conceived the quadruplets on their first attempt.

They welcomed Esme, Evangeline, Indie and Scarlett into the world Sunday. They were born about 12 weeks early, but the delivery went smoothly.

The babies are two sets of identical twins. Three of them weigh a little more than 2 pounds while the fourth weighs a little less than 2 pounds. The odds of conceiving two sets of identical twins are about 1 in 70 million.

The couple chronicled their story on a website and Facebook page, and said they would be featured in a new series on TLC.
