Suspect sought after art made by children stolen in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (March 2, 2015)– Bloomington police say seven pieces of art that were made by school children.

Police say the suspect entered the Ivy Tech Waldron Arts Center at 122 S. Walnut Street around 4 a.m. Sunday and took seven pieces of art from a project being displayed that had been done by school children.

The suspect may have entered through a window. Police describe the suspect as a thin white male, possibly in his mid-20’s, dark hair and beard, khaki ball cap, khaki pants and a dark jacket.
