No one hurt after SUV collides with Hamilton Southeastern school bus

HAMILTON COUNTY (March 9, 2015) – No students were hurt after a Hamilton Southeastern school bus was involved in a crash Monday morning.

The accident happened around 7:15 a.m. while the bus was stopped in westbound traffic on 106th Street east of Allisonville Road. An SUV slid on an icy spot and rear-ended the bus.

Indiana State Police said there were 42 students on board at the time. The bus sustained minimal damage and continued on its way to school after the initial investigation was complete. The SUV required a tow truck.

State police said neither the bus driver nor the other driver was hurt.
