Indianapolis woman found not guilty of molesting teenage boy

Update (Feb. 6, 2017)– Jennelle Saxon was found not guilty on all charges.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 8, 2015) – An Indianapolis woman was arrested on child molestation charges.

According to the Fortville Police Department, they were notified by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Child Services of a possible child molest that occurred in Fortville.

Through the course of the investigation, Fortville Police Department Detectives discovered Jennelle Saxon, 38, of Indianapolis, fondled a 13 year old boy.

She was arrested on September 6 by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on child molestation charges, a level 4 felony.

She is currently being held in the Marion County Jail awaiting transfer to the Hancock County Jail.
