Note sent by Taylor Swift to Riley Hospital.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 16, 2015)– Taylor Swift didn’t get a chance to stop by Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health, but she did send them some memorabilia.

Patients started using #Riley4Taylor on Twitter in hopes to catch the pop star’s attention. Swift performed at Bankers Life Fieldhouse Wednesday as part of “The 1989 World Tour.” Staff and patients hoped she would stop by the hospital, but she didn’t make it. However, she did send along a card and some t-shirts. Riley Hospital thanked her on Twitter for the gesture.

Indianapolis Colts long snapper Matt Overton surprised a group of patients with tickets to the concert and went with them. They met at the Colts complex earlier in the day prepared with signs and props.
