Police search for suspect after shooting on northwest side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 17, 2015) – A person was shot on the northwest side of Indianapolis Thursday afternoon.

The shooting occurred in the 3100 block of Keswick Drive, near the intersection of Georgetown Road and West 30th Street, around 12:25 p.m.

When officers arrived they found a person shot in the leg.

That person was transported to Methodist Hospital.

Police are currently searching for the suspect.
