Indianapolis police find missing 10-year-old boy

UPDATE: The 10-year-old boy has been found safe and sound. The boy’s name was originally included in the story, but it has since been retracted since he is a juvenile.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (October 31, 2015) – Indianapolis police are searching for a missing 10-year-old boy last seen on the city’s north side.

According to detectives, he was last seen around 11:00 p.m. Friday night.

He is described as a black, male, 4 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 90 pounds, slender build, low cut black hair, and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a gray North Face jacket with black sleeves, green/red/white striped shirt (same as picture), dark blue jeans, multi-colored Adidas shoes.

He suffers from no known medical issues, and is not taking any medications.

Detectives believe that he left his residence after getting into an argument with his grandmother.  Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
