(November 4, 2015)- Sneezing, coughing, sniffling, oh my! Cold season is already here for some folks, but how can you boost your immune system to avoid getting sick?

Many people are skeptical of foods that help prevent sickness, but experts say what you eat can help avoid a cold. One of these foods is chicken broth, which has anti-inflammatory properties that can help with flu side effects. Other things you can do are get the flu shot, wash your hands and get enough sleep.
