New Castle man accused of raping woman twice while helping her move furniture
NEW CASTLE, Ind. (March 31, 2016) – A New Castle man is accused of raping a woman twice and choking her.
Christopher Baker, 25, was arrested Tuesday, and he was charged with two counts of rape, criminal confinement, and domestic battery.
According to court documents, the incident took place on January 5 around 10 p.m. Baker was at the victim’s apartment to help her move furniture.
The victim told police Baker became angry, and that’s when he allegedly raped her. According to court documents, Baker choked the victim every time she screamed.
Following an investigation, police arrested Baker, and he is being held in the Henry County Jail without bond.
