Surveillance video shows men stealing truck in Johnson County

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (March 31, 2016) – Surveillance video out of Johnson County shows a pair of thieves stealing a truck.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, the men stole the dark blue 2008 Ford F-250 from a driveway this week. The truck’s owner is out of town; a person who was housesitting for him noticed the vehicle missing and called police on Monday. Police arrived at the home on Mullinix Road around 9:40 p.m. Monday to investigate.

The truck, which has upgrades on the engine and suspension, has a Colts license plate on the front bumper and step bars on the sides. The truck also contained tools, police said.
