Kokomo police arrest suspect in 2014 bank robbery

UPDATE (Jan. 2, 2018) — Lance Pruitt was sentenced to 16 years each on four counts of robbery. Counts 1 and 2 will be served concurrently, as will counts 3 and 4, meaning Pruitt will serve a total of 32 years.

KOKOMO, Ind. (April 13, 2016)– Kokomo police arrested a suspected bank robber Wednesday.

Around 8:40 a.m., Lance Pruitt, 30, was taken into custody after exiting a business and attempting to enter his vehicle.

Pruitt is accused of robbing the BMO Harris Bank located at 2135 North Washington Street on October 24, 2014. He was arrested on charges of robbery and criminal confinement.

He is currently being held at the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.
