SCATTERED STORMS

A few t-storms have come to life after a extended spell of rain free hours Thursday.  The heating of the day has brought to life a handful of storms.  These storms will produce locally heavy downpours as they move northeast through 8 pm.  A gusty storm with small hail is possible but should be isolated.

Thunderstorms are driven by daytime heating and will diminish after sunset.  Showers however will be possible overnight.

UPPER LOW OVERHEAD

A slow moving, churning low pressure will arrive over central Indiana on Friday.  The system will encourage more vertical clouds development and bring to life a few more t-storms to end the work week.  As the center of the storm inches east Friday, winds will change direction and bring in cooler, drier air entering the weekend.
